Insertional Hamstring Tendinosis

I was just diagnosed with this through an MRI. This is tendinosis (degeneration of the tendon tissue versus tendonitis (inflammation of the tendon tissue.) Note this is where the hamstring tendon inserts in the pelvis or more particularly the ischial tuberosity. I cannot sit sown for more than 15 - 20 minutes. Seeing doc who ordered the MRI nest week, but in the meantime, I was wondering if anyone on this form has had this or any other form of tendinosis that might be related to longer term TKI usage. I have been on dasatinib for 5 years and prior to that nilotinib for 3 1/2 years. I have been on low dose of both of these meds for nearly 7 years and am currently on 20mg every other day. PCR has been negative since last failed TFR attempt 5 years ago. Thanks
