Should I avoid anti-oxidants while taking Scemblix?

Hi, I've recently switched from Imatinib to Scemblix (80 mg day) and am wondering if Scemblix works through ROS (reactive oxygen species) activity the way Imatinib does. When I began taking Imatinib more than 4 years go, I saw some research indicating potential reduced efficacy with Imatinib if you take anti-oxidant supplements or eat too many anti-oxidant-rich foods, but I can't find any research on ROS and Scemblix online. I asked my dr. but he was not certain, so I called the manufacturer (Novartis) but they only give that info peer to peer (to another medical professional), so I circled back to my drs. office to ask someone to call Novartis, but so far I have not heard back.

Has anyone seen any info about this? I'd love to add anti-oxidants back into my diet/list of supplements, but hesitate due to not having clarity on this topic. Thanks in advance, Ann
