Hello I have recently seen my consultant for results.
It came back undetectable which is excellent.
He then requested me to get another blood test for my lipids through my GP.
Got the results back and my GP has given me a prescription for Rosuvastatin on top of Ezetimibe which I am taking already.
My cholesterol reading is 7.8.
Any thoughts on this will be appreciated.

I developed hyper lipidedemia or hyper cholesterolemia on Nilotinib. It’s a side effect for Nilotinib. I take 30mg of prevastatin per day. Statins have side effects so you may want to look into that if it interests you. I also was able to achieve non-detection on nilotinib but that was at 450mg per day. I respond better to a lower 400per day which unfortunately brings me back to detectable. But I’m done chasing TFR so I am good for now.
