I am being given the option of changing to Bosutinib and was wondering if anyone can tell me how their counts have changed and also what side effects they have had.
Obviously its a big decision and would like to hear from anyone who might have some thoughts on this. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Steven, I am not sure what to advise here. Is your response to nilotinib not as expected?
Given that the data from bosutinib is quite new - not sure how long the trials have been going- I would be cautious. From the data that came out of ASH regarding nilotinib I think we can see that it is very impressive.
Is there a good reason to change to a drug that has less data to support it? Have you tried searching for the trial data?

there's a post about this on the Asian site at the moment - Bosutinib seems to give better results but causes more side effects like diarrhea & sickness,
