tai chi

I have been doing tai chi for about 6mths and have seen an increase in my hb level ,just wondered if any other one with clm did tai chi

I have been doing Tai Chi for 5 and a half years (was diagnosed 5 years ago this coming Sept). I found, during the anxiety of diagnosis, that it helped me mentally no end and kept me calm and rational. With regards to the physical effects, I cannot state for sure that it's been Tai Chi which helped me gain MMR quickly and hold it, but I wouldn't be surprised. I am not one to necessarily believe wholly in "alternative treatments" but there are cases of Chinese Masters who have allegedly beaten other cancers using the powerful breathing methods.

Keep doing it - along with the usual TKI medication and,I can assure you, that in time, the deeper breathing becomes part of your normal life.
I wouldn't be surprised if this greater intake of oxygen into your body helps the red blood cells, and it certainly aids circulation.
