Hi
If you look at the side effect profiles of many of the tkis then joint pain, muscle issues and cramp are fairly common especially if one is a long term user.I have non diabetic peripheral neuropathy where the nerves at the extremities start to break down especially in the feet-a good indicator of inflammation is CK or creatine kinase levels in the blood;very high CK levels can affect the heart muscles and also the brain in extreme cases.Do you have a CK score?
I wonder if you have had your Vit D level tested ;in addition you might find that taking a magnesium and calcium supplement will help as well as getting moderate exercise. There is increasing evidence that lifestyle factors affect wellbeing post- diagnosis with many cancers and one might be advised to concentrate on foods that reduce inflammation-nuts,fish veg and fruit and cut out processed nasties, trans fats and lots of animal foods/fats-especially meats produced using hormones and antibiotics in the rearing process.
Best wishes
John
