HI,
RESULT P210 (b3a2, b2a2) major transcript Detected
P190 (e1a2) minor transcript Not detected P230 (c3a2) micro transcript Not detected Observed copies of ABL1 163664
Observed copies of BCR-ABL1 21
BCR-ABL1/ABL1 ratio [%]0.01290000
Conversion Factor for IS0.56
BCR-ABL1 IS [%] 0.0072

The pcr result shows p210 detected. What does it mean. Thanks.

It means you are going to live a very long life.

Just an FYI : patients often show initially both p210 and and to a much lesser degree p190 transcripts (a transcript is a protein created by the gene). Having both usually leads to a lower response to imatinib than second line TKI's (I had both transcripts, but p190 quickly disappeared).

I found it interesting your lab was testing for p230. That is a very rare mutation in the bcr-abl domain. Surprised they did the test. No matter - you don't have it.

Your BCR-ABL is < 0.01% This is scientifically, given the limits of the technology, indistinguishable from "not detected".
