I would look into Dasatinib instead as Nilotinib approaches the disease very similarly as Imatinib. It may require being on the phone for a while and possibly arguing with your oncologist but

Sure is. The reason some fruits can’t be eaten is because of an enzyme called CYP3A4- and figs don’t appear to cause issues with that.
