With your undetected status, any of the options you listed seem reasonable.
You might try going down to 20mg/day for a year and if you're still undetected, go for TFR.

All TKI's, but especially imatinib can lead to magnesium deficiency. Supplementing with magnesium will usually solve this problem and do so within 24 hours. Consider taking 400 mg magnesium
