Just did a quick drug interaction check here, and according to this site the interaction between nilotinib and finasteride is -
MINOR
Interaction is unlikely, minor, or nonsignificant.

Mouth sores/canker sores/sore tongue etc. can be a sign of vitamin B12 deficiency. Imatinib (or other TKI) may well be indicated in suppressing your red blood cells count - HGB, B12 can help support
