Sudden rise in BCR ABL IS

has suddenly increased to 0.93 in October. I don’t remember what have I done wrong during these days. I have been walking a lot these days. Also has been taking raw turmeric for a while. But One thing I can remember that I have been very casual regarding taking IMATINIV at right time everyday. Some time I have taken it after 1 hour or 1 and half after scheduled time.

Can anyone help me with this abnormal result?

You don't need to be exact with the same time every day, an hour either side of your routine time is not going to make any difference.

Given you've gone from being in MMR to losing MMR, the usual protocol is to confirm this with a second test right away. Is that being arranged?

It’s a slight change in percentage according to my doc. He has suggested for a MUTATION ANALYSIS. Report is awaited.

My MUTATION STUDY IS POSITIVE. Mutation is detected. What’s now. Doctor has to do something, right? Is there anything to worry about? I think doctor would be increasing the dose right away.

Mutations are common, but often untested. So don't get too worried about this. The good news as the mutation has been identified, the best drug can be selected to work even with the mutation in place.

It's a bit out of date, but gives you the idea that some mutations are combated by one TKI but not another.
