If 800mg you can split the dose (400 morning 400 night)

If 600mg you can do the same (400mg morning 200 night)

I take 600mg at one time

Thanks for the advice everyone, hopefully it will be a short lived virus and I can get back to normal soon. I will think about changing to taking the pill on an evening instead.

I had the flu jab and pneumonia jab about 3 mos ago. My arm ached like hell for 2 days the pneumonia side but nothing from the flu jab. I am so glad I had them both. I was dx last May.
