Hi Alison - sorry for delayed response. I started with 100mg, then 200mg after 3 days, then 300 mg after 3 days.
i take it at night after dinner. Hope this helps

There is no evidence that 'hormonal contraception' (contraceptive pill) will have any effect on your TKI therapy. Have confidence in your doctor's advice.
